Rangere Pty Ltd (“Rangere”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Strattie brand and the website at www.strattie.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Demo requests. When you book a demo we collect your first name, last name, work email, company name, role, indicative annual trade spend tier, number of retailers, and anything you tell us in the free-text field.
• Other enquiries. If you email us or fill in another form, we collect the information you send.
• Correspondence. Records of our communications with you.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser data, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language, screen size, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Usage data, including pages visited on the Site, time spent on each page, links clicked, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to demo requests and schedule meetings;
• send you product updates and information about Strattie where you have agreed to receive them;
• operate, secure, debug and improve the Site, and understand how visitors interact with it;
• meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and to enforce our terms or protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the Site, host data, send emails, manage demo bookings, and analyse Site usage. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations and are only permitted to use the information for the services they provide to us.
• Professional advisers (such as lawyers, accountants and auditors), where necessary.
• Government, regulators and law enforcement, where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of our assets.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. We use the following categories:

• Essential cookies — needed for the Site to function (e.g., session, security).
• Analytics cookies — help us understand aggregate visitor behaviour so we can improve the Site.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you disable cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly.

7. Storage and security

9. How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, including any legal, tax or accounting retention requirements:

• Demo and enquiry data — up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, then deleted or de-identified.
• Email correspondence — typically up to 7 years, to meet tax and record-keeping obligations.
• Site analytics — typically 14 months, depending on the analytics provider's default retention.

10. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy;
• correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information;
• delete information we hold about you (subject to our legal retention obligations);
• stop sending you marketing emails — you can also unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email we send.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business users in the FMCG industry. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
